• Enquiries: if you send a property services enquiry, we store the details you type in the form (your name, email and/or phone, an optional town, and your message) and the time you agreed to this policy.

How enquiry details are used

They are used only to respond to your enquiry. They are not shown on the website and are visible only to authorised Vektolux staff.

Your choices

To ask for your enquiry to be corrected or deleted, send a message through the property services form and say that it is a privacy request.
